Tokens are the main cost unit for generating multimedia content. Each model (image, video, or text) uses a specific number of tokens per generation depending on the model type, duration, and resolution.
Subscription tokens do not roll over and expire at the end of each cycle.
For monthly plans, tokens renew on the same date each month, based on your original purchase date. For annual plans, tokens renew every 30 days from the subscription start date.
New tokens are automatically added at the beginning of each new credit cycle as long as your subscription remains active.
Monthly tokens are linked to your active subscription period. Unused subscription tokens do not carry over to the next billing cycle and expire at the end of each month. New tokens automatically renew when your subscription renews.
It depends on your plan and the models you use. Each access pass includes a set number of tokens with an estimated scope of generations per month; check the pricing table for specific details on each model or tool.
You can also join challenge dynamics to earn extra tokens.
Each Access Pass is a monthly or annual subscription that includes access to a curated selection of courses, AI tools, AI Tokens, and exclusive benefits. Access to purchased content remains active for the duration of your plan. If Access Passes are updated, you will receive access to any additional courses and resources added at a later date.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted access. You can upgrade or cancel at any time in your account settings; your plan will remain active until the end of the current period.
If you need more tokens, you can upgrade your plan to get a higher monthly limit or buy Token Packs to generate more multimedia content without changing your current subscription. Purchased tokens are added instantly and can be used across all compatible models.
Token Packs never expire—you can use them anytime until your credit runs out.
There are several courses, trainings, and resources available for free to everyone. Additionally, each Access Pass and Private Pass includes access to a curated selection of courses and/or their private communities.
Access to purchased courses remains active for the duration of your subscription, or you can purchase individual courses separately.
You can access course collections from both Japi One and the community.

The courses and trainings are 100% remote. Access is permanent if you purchased them separately, or active for the duration of your Access Pass. Once completed, you can still access the course content and associated groups directly from your account.
In Academy, you'll find a selection of in-house designed and produced courses specially focused on soft skills and life tools for creators. Additionally, you'll discover community courses and workshops—these offerings and resources are the direct responsibility of the creators who provide them.
We take data privacy very seriously and handle it with the utmost care. Your interactions are processed anonymously, and we do not store any personally identifiable information not required by law. AI language models do not have direct access to social access keys or personal data about individuals unless shared during a conversation. They can only provide general information and answer questions based on their training data. The Team Seats included with each Access Pass allow you to invite and manage team members within your workspace, as well as privately share generated media assets and documents for seamless collaboration. Chat conversations (Jelpers) remain private to each user and can only be shared publicly via an external link upon the owner's explicit request.
